Nina Shchetikova is a rebel with a cause. Growing up in a strict Armenian family, she was banned from drawing anime as a kid. As you can see, she didn’t let that stop her. Teaching herself how to ink, Nina became a tattoo artist specializing in the very thing she was told “wouldn’t provide any opportunity” as a kid: anime and manga. Nina believes that anime isn’t just a genre, but an art form that deserves to be celebrated and immortalized on skin.
